Please Wait: Another Negima Reference

Well if you haven't noticed by now the vast majority of my Please Wait are directly related to Akamatsus (Ken Akamatsu) work. In any case I'll have to check which files are not posted so I can see the "please wait buffer" I have.
No Comic this week. Had too much homework to actually pull anything outside finishing this. (Also a mix between writers block and lack of people checking Personal Quacks)
