What else to say but be careful a lot of the following pages will make you look for further information to fully understand the ideas inside. Curiously Wikipedia fills a lot of gaps and gave me a lot of names (which curiously I had heard from other sources or read on others).
Other pages more likely tomorrow. Not the happiest topic to bring in these holidays but it was a long time in the research and classes crippled me in this line.
