Our latest episode deals with that perennial sticky issue of training.

Just like every other government agency out there, Bluff City has a minimal training budget. But it only has any training budget as long as no other budget cuts are necessary, because you know the first thing to get cut is always the training budget.

After all, these are government employees - they know their jobs, right? What could they possibly need training for?

Well, there's always the concept of customer service, for starters.
