Sometimes life craps on you and you're out of toilet paper. A month has gone by and I've been so busy I haven't had any time to properly devote to this site.
One bit of good news, on Free Comic Book Day I had a good day. With the ashcan purchases I sketched Superman, personal characters, even my Party Man, and Forbidden Fruit. When I saw the looks of gratitude on the purchasers' faces, I finally feel validated with my choice of drawing comics.
I discovered manga artists knock out 9 pages a week. I'm prepping to try to undertake this challenge. Obviously this will mean a change visually. I'll have to decide if the detail is worth the sacrifice for the excess story and speed. Opinions?
