So for this one, I've still done the speech balloons in paint.net, since I haven't managed to get Manga Studio to do it yet. However, I am posting and writing this ten days ago, so there's every chance I've managed to get it working in the interim.
It's apparently a widespread misconception that you have to wait 24 hours before reporting a person to the police as missing. It's obviously recommended you try your other methods of getting hold of them first, but if they're just totally gone and you're concerned, call the fuzz on that shit
