I'm not 100% sure what BB actually sounds like. Its black speech boxes were copied over from its counterpart in the old Coga Suro, which in that case represented an unsettling, deliberately synthesised sort of voice. BB is probably somewhere halfway between that and sounding like Niko speaking into an empty coke can.
