Some characters' Pieces are a bit of a process to get to. A lot of the time for bit characters I wind up just improvising them on the page, but for named characters I take more time. (Smooth Criminal took a while.) Cassie's Piece came about pretty easily though, and I'm satisfied with how it turned out. I started with the name- Iron Maiden- and went from there. I even decided what its power was well in advance, which wound up working out well for what I wanted to do with it here.
