My God, DrunkDuck needs to enable Alt Text. Most of the titles for these comics would work better as that.

Those two figures are two of the Retro Roto Megaman figures.

The Head exploding effect was created by replacing Shadow Man's head with a tin foil model of a mushroom cloud, and then applying some zoom blurs and motion blurs to the image, which is then laid over the original image with a slight transparency.
