I've been to five Animazements before this one, all at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel and Convention Center in Durham. This was our collective first time at the Raleigh Convention Center, and the difference was jarring. Not that it wasn't a GOOD difference, seeing that we'd outgrown the Imperial a good two years ago, but still pretty disorienting at first. I couldn't help think "Holy crud, we're a big deal now!"
