Anime USA '09 (November 20th-22nd)

Yes, after an unusually long wait (darn you Otakon for being so early this year!), Conventional Wisdom RETURNS! As this page goes online, I will be up in DC for Anime USA once again, doodling like crazy. Stay tuned for comics (and a special announcement!) sometime next week.

…you know, I really wanted to put some sort of anime-related parody of The Star Spangled Banner or My Country, 'Tis of Thee or something. Unfortunately, I finished this thing after being up a straight 24 hours getting various con stuff ready, so I couldn't think of anything. Just you wait, I bet some really hilarious lyrics will pop into my head around Saturday afternoon…
