…well, I may be giving myself too little credit here. It WAS genuinely unpleasant to think that my poor hat might have been left behind. Still, it's true that my first reaction to the possibility was to imagine what the cartoon of the event would look like. It's just a reflex at this point. I'm not sure if that's awesome or really sad.
