Okay, in my own defense, I didn't QUITE expect a real-life stat boost for all my trouble (though some special equipment would have been nice). The thought did occur, however, that it felt VERY natural to be doing a simple, repetitive task over and over and over again because RPGs have conditioned me for it. Let's face it, there's only so many ways one can kill Porings.
