I exaggerate SLIGHTLY for humor's sake, but you've come to expect this, right? I help run Awesomely Bad at AUSA this year, and my illustrious co-host decided to do it in character as Tommy Wiseau. This involved wandering in late and giving a rousing "Oh, hi panel!" But THAT required the audience not coming in until we are all set up, which further necessitation our keeping the doors shut. Harder than you might think, especially once go time approached. But hey, I'm not going to complain about us having a full room and then some! :D
