Graffito - Super-Powerful Police Sketch Artist

The fourth member of the Galactic Police Enforcers is a character that I
put in a pin-up some years ago for another site that I used to belong
to which is now defunct. In fact the image here of the character and the
logo for the character are pretty much the same that I used in that
previous pin-up with some minor editing and updating for a better
presentation in the official bio for him now. Graffito is a bit of a
tragic character who is one of my favorite creations. He is very much a
"Spider-Man" kind of character, where the circumstances of his life have
given him "great power and great responsibility" and mistakes where
made where he must now atone for his sins and make good in his life
forevermore.
