Sick Smiley is the other vile villainous offspring of Slow and Silly Smiley along with his brother, Sinister, who just seemed to be bad to the bone since birth, so neither of their parents did much to discourage it unfortunately. Therefore, Sick, went on to have two sons of his own, Smart and Stupid, who are also involved in the family villainy. Design wise, I just wanted this guy to look like a real creep, since I wasn't going for his name to mean "sick" as in always being weak and ill, but "sick" as in being a real deranged and violent individual. So, he's got a typical street punk look, but overall he's really something of a twisted version of Skinny as even his face is like a sadistic version of Skinny's regular "yellow smiley face" and he even has the patch on his shorts where his initials are just like Skinny does. He is not Skinny's "evil twin" though, but rather his "evil uncle."
