The triangular grid is arranged in concentric hexagons called rings.

The center of that grid is spawn.

Called Ring 1.

Equipment drops from realm tasks with a maximum bonus equal to that realm's ring number.

You are in Ring 1 now, and there is only one ring 1 realm.
