Sorry for the late update, I had a few recolors and I had to add two panels! Before you say it, I know that the Fountain of Life is just the fountain of dreams minus the star on top, it was the only fountain I could find any where. If you read the last panel, that's both me commenting in the comic and Coveinant speaking; but that appears to be true. When Omega says he's gotten upgrades he means UPgrades: dark matter/plasma power system, crystal focusers, wrist cannons, he's original body back, and Vista. As for Clayton, he got the mouth gaurd by borrowing it from model GC; which is very clever on the part of someone drowning. Though most laws of physics do not apply, the three key ones do: Gravity (and alike forces), need of air, and friction; and those three apply very loosely, after them basically it's free range. In the Vortex you can't get sick, feel major pain, and die; it's a nice place to visit, but you definately don't want to live there.
