Juno is one of my OC's who originated in deviantArt. She's a coast guard helicopter who, in her off-duty time, very much likes the finer things in life, like slumming through the fever swamp that is celebrity culture and… guys. We can assume she regularly slogs through Crazy Days and Nights (the 4chan of Hollywood gossip) trying to guess who the subjects of the blind posts really are. However, she thought this year's Oscars were going to be a nothingburger and slept through the whole thing, only to catch the memestorm on the day after. Of course she'll have something to say about it! This was done on my tablet with IbisPaint. As for how bad the 1989 Oscars were, you will have to look that up for yourself.
