Going back to Creature and Cricket we find that Cricket has no idea where Creature is. She's really bad at this.
And also Happy birthday to Salt the Holly's amanda, (go read her comic!)

@usedbooks: I guess Madeline was hoping for a little more understanding than what she got. I'd call Dart a bit of a jerk too, context aside that wasn't nice.
@amanda: Dart's a secretive sort of person and has some manipulative tendencies. Madeline's pointed this out so I imagine she does things like listen at the door when she probably shouldn't.
@Peipei: There's a lot of reasons for her not to trust Dart. Unfortunately in her mind she's got nowhere else to go.
@magickmaker: This is the first time that Madeline's genuinely afraid of Dart. At first he seemed well-meaning, now it's not clear how far he's willing to go.
@Trevor: I'm glad the action read clearly. When I first drew it I thought it looked a little like Dart actually did hit her. Needless to say this puts Dart on a slippery slope.
@n_y_japlander: Considering his trust level wasn't that high anyway that's not good for him. As for what's in store for him in the future– well, we'll just see!

I gotta say as a comics and small press geek I'm embarrassed that I've never read Bone! I've meant to read it for a long while now, a lot of artists that I like have said that it's good so I'll take that as a compliment!
