It's Brick O'Clock

Mr. Prescott finally gets to do what he does best: hurting people. Keeping track of all the black shapes (Cricket's gloves, Mr. Prescott's hands and Cricket's hair,) without mashing them all together was a real challenge. Especially so when I'm not much good at fight scenes and I don't like drawing them. Even though it's pretty one-sided I consider this a fight scene. They seem like a lot of work to make them seem believable and actually interesting which might seem like a funny thing to say about a fight scene but I can actually get bored of a poorly composed fight scene quicker than most.

@usedbooks: You know what they say: "The bigger they are the more bones they break." Too bad about the whole no movie theatres thing– I love movie theatres, especially old second-run theatres and theatre/pubs. Does your local library have a graphic novel section?
@Peipei: Crud indeed, the worst may actually happen.
@amanda: That might be a good idea, it being really cold out he wouldn't have to worry about the popsicles and things melting! And that would be a rather awkward exchange. Actually that bike is probably used mostly to transport stuff from the bakery that Cricket and Ollie work at.
@Zephyrion: Zoinks! Jinkies!
@magickmaker: Yeah, you're right now that you mention it, I guess that's one other way the book was different.
@JNP: Actually, I went into Watchmen knowing that it was going to be pared down so that actually didn't bother me. Ozymandias and the soundtrack were the only big complaints that I had and I actually liked the movie. However I can't help being biased, I think I just like comics more than movies.
I can't say that I have played Street Fighter 3, I've never been much for fighting games.
@Warped: That's about what I thought too. All the hype of the graphic novel aside, I just was a lot more attached to the characters in the graphic novel than I did in the movie. That's more a matter of taste I guess.
@Trevor: Not me! Though my drunk pencil-work is pretty funny– well, at least while I'm drunk…
@ulthor: Awesome, thanks doode!
@chris_wastewater: I dunno… find a bigger wrench?
