Ah, some terminology: Floater - noun, similar to the phrases "sleeping with the fishes" and "dead-meat". The Family, the greatest mafia organization in Cybele City, has a tendency of disposing of its 'trash' like the rest of the city, by ejecting it into space where it floats in a ring around the planet.
