Midterms done, we reappear from the grave that the language zombies tried to put Mav in. A little (ok, a lot) more insight into Mika, his mission, and his motivations. Kal seems to be taking all of this quite well, all things considered.

So in other news, it would appear that Loki's reign of terror is not limited to our comic. We have a real-world incident that appears to be connected to him in some way. I was in my Animal Behavior class this week, and one of the grad students was giving us a talk on her research with cephalopods (squid and the like). Apparently, one of her colleagues out in California was telling her about a recent incident in which an octopus got out of its tank in some aquarium and somehow managed to open a water valve and flood an entire wing of offices. But was this octopus really an octopus, or a certain tricksy, shapeshifting Norse god? We'll leave you to decide.
