Hey, xmung here! Today's page reveals just who was nuking Moscow… no surprise really! This isn't the Ganger's first foray into the BAD GUY HIGH universe of Captain Perfect (check out this page) - looks like they've finally worked out who the death of this dimension is though and this time they mean business!
