This page is almost entirely the Red Death's—except for the art.  It was the Red Death who designed the look of the Ruin-Death.  He wrote the script for the last few pages.  Unfortunately, demands on his time precluded his marvellous art on this page.  But except for my inferior art, this page is the Red Death's. And if this makes you hungry for his art…never fear. His art is coming up VERY soon.
