You know, Smiley is going to be really disappointed when he extracts this secret and it turns out to be "Smiley is a stinker." He'll likely shout, "THAT'S NO SECRET!", to which his underlings will say, "Yeah, everybody knows that."

(Extra credit goes to whoever knows what war time cartoon that joke comes from.)

In all seriousness, you may not have any idea what this secret business is all about. And if you don't, then maybe you should flip back about five or six months. You might spot something you didn't notice before.

By the way, you might notice that this is a particularly brief chapter at only seven pages. It was quite a bit longer at one point, but we condensed the script down a bit to get the story moving along.
