"Who is number 1?!"

Oh wait, I'm confusing our crossover comic with an old British TV series, or maybe even a particular song from an old British rock band.

First of all, as you've probably figured out by now, possibly from reading Drunk Duck News or perhaps seeing the shiny new Point Guardian link on the left, Ben Carver has been brought into the fold.

Gooble-Gobble! Gooble-Gobble! One of us! One of us!

We've added him to our collective now, so he'll be contributing regularly now. We're happy to have him on board to help shoulder this juggernaut that we've built.

Speaking of contributions and such, TheRedDeath, author of Bad Guy High, stepped up to the plate for this AWESOME cover image, and he knocked it out of the park. Not only that, he cartwheeled around the bases, and did the moonwalk as he crossed home plate. That's how awesome this image is.

Fans of classic theatrical shorts may notice a gentle nod or two to some old Tex Avery gags in this page, particularly from the cartoon short "Cellbound".

We all contributed ideas to this image, but I think the kudos should go to Lewis for coming up with the bubblegum package in Lightbringer's sleeve.
