#9 Tadashi's Rival, Meinji

Meinji trained in the same school as Tadashi did, but while Tadashi was one of the top students, Meinji failed out of school. He eventually took up training with an incompetent private master and spent way too much of his training at the arcade. We'll see lots more of Meinji.
