At last. A coffee cake which actually has coffee and doesn't rely on chocolate at all and I unlocked the secret on how; use GREEK coffee! In its dry format, it has the same consistency as cocoa powder, so it is in fact ideal for baking. It is a coffee cake that tastes so impressive that it will make you want to dance Tsamiko (famous Greek dance).
