Chapter 4 Page 20 - A turn for the worse

Sarah's family situation has taken an unexpected turn for the better so we're back and updating.

I'd like to thank everyone who made bonus material for CQ. Rest assured we will post it up at the end of the chapter. I feel bad not posting it up but I felt it was best to post an actual CQ page since we are at a rather dramatic point in the story and I don't want to leave people on a cliff hanger.

Meanwhile I finally got a look into Dollhouse. I must say while I've been looking for a new series to get into and I was excited by the concept and I am very disapointed in the execution. I plan to give the show a few episodes of course but despite a great cast and a very interesting setting the anthology of personalities makes the show feel like "generic adventure of the week" so far. Worse a lot of the trademark wit of previous Josh series is missing. Again while there are some very fine actors in the show, thus far there are not any characters to meet their caliber. Hopefully though this is just a slow start due to the pilot episode "Echo" falling appart after a negative test screening and having to be totally scrapped. This depresses me because the description of the pilot show was exactly what first interested me in the series.

Yet I am very hopeful the series will be able to pull it all together and start building itself into something more interesting and respectable.
