Does anyone know which D&D 3.5 book has the wizard feats which let you cast minor spells based on the ones you have currently have memorized?  Like a fire ray with power based on your highest level 5 spell currently.
I'm playing a D&D game this weekend and I wanted to get that book which I read at a friend's house but I can't recall the name of it.
