Lily's mum as Cio-Cio San (Butterfly) during Un Bel Di (the big singing bit!) from Puccini's Madame Butterfly (1904).

Un Bel Di is my favourite aria *heart*.

OOo, throwing needles! I've read of assassins using these, and coupled with my needle-phobia, equals good assassination technique? Incidentally, my own mother, being a doctor, has stabbed me plenty of times with needles.
