Old Pond's Hanami

Oldpond is back with another 24 hour submission. This one is called Hanami and is about cherry blossoms. I figured the author hersef would do the best job of describing her story:

"I live in Vancouver, BC, where 37,000 cherry trees (donated by Japan) bloom every spring from April to May. I've always been impressed by the beauty of these pink blossoming trees.
I thought it would be funny to imagine a cherry blossom flight school (with lessons about how to fall gracefully, etc.)
