Hey guys, not too sure how many of you still read this comic, especially considering the unannounced nearly 2 years hiatus, though for those of you still reading, thanks.


Sometime ago, not sure how, but pondered what it would take for a bunch of vampires to come together, since the idea of a vampire army was ridiculous. I mean, figure that if a vampire has to feed on a human reach night, and in some lores they either kill the human they were feeding off or at the very least drain them enough where they just pass out. Looked up how much blood a person can lose, which was 40% or about 4 pints, four times the amount you donate for blood drives, and adding that a vampire sleeps during the day (I'm giving them 12 hours for summer months and harsh winters) that my Vampires would need at least 2 pints a night plus 12 hours of sleep. Even then, if trying not to kill anyone, as to not rouse suspicion, that's a person a night per vampire. Then you add in how long it would take a person to recover from blood loss, I just can imagine groups of vampires being about to stay active let alone forming armies. Vampires would need an alternative source for them to be able to amass into a force, much like how humans needed to farm before we could build towns and cities.
