"Core Zero" was our hospital's "code blue," which was announced over a loud speaker to activate a special team of resuscitation specialists when a patient flatlined. They would rush to wherever the patient was and start all the CPR/intubation stuff. I think they used different phraseology so civilians wouldn't know what was up, but who knows for sure.
