Drift #06 – Snorkel Anyone?

This month’s Drift doesn’t feature Maj, but Kathan and myself (electronically lol).
A few months ago, I (Jamaal) was in an odd position, as I had not heard from Kathan for a couple of weeks. With the deadline for Drift looming, I really began to worry sending out Email’s constantly, trying to figure out what had happened. It turns out that Kathan had suffered a crisis where he was left without power for days due to flooding in his area.

Amazingly however, Kathan was able to deliver that month’s Drift on time and with the same amazing quality as usual. In light of crisis, you have to find some way to laugh and I can’t imagine what it must have been like seeing an angry Email from me about a deadline while you’re half way under water. Then it hit me. I forwarded the idea to Kathan. He laughed and ok’d the idea and proceeded to create Drift #06.

It was really dicey I must admit. It was something I took heavy consideration and much thought over.
