Night explains a little about the Dragon Warrior Academy. Explaining that everyone is a certain age group and a little about what they do there.
Coope asks her about the city and she explains that as well. (also explains the huge shield around the city.)

option1: End Ch.1 after the explanation.
Option2: Keep going until the class is introduced.

(i'm more inclined to end it after the explanation, as Coope asks if he can see the complex's layout and everything.)
