Page 50 (which, thanks to the bumpf I upload has landed on page 60 according to DD, but this is page 50 of actual comic)!
I'm ever so happy to have gotten this far! In the works I'm actually on to page 60… but they're not all ready yet.
In other news, I figured out a better way to do rain than my previous rubbish attempt: draw lots of white lines by holding down the shift key (or cntrl, I forget which in Photoshop), then copy and paste the clump of lines and move the new layers about so they're not uniform. Merge into a single layer then use the transform tool to rotate to an angle of your choice. Decrease the opacity of said layer. Copy layer and use a motion blur filter at the same angle as the rain and shift that layer a bit so the new layer's not directly over the original. Mess with opacity until you're happy and there, you have rain. Oh, and don't forget to try and make your characters look wet. It's no good having it rain if they're not getting rained *on*. … hopefully that made sense?
