I don’t want to dwell on the events of fourteen years ago, but a horrific event touched the lives of thousands of people in this country. The effects of that awful day are felt to this day. While I do not personally know anyone who lost a loved-one, I do know someone who went to New York City to help search for survivors. That task became even more grim as the reality of the destruction set in. I doubt those emotional scars will ever heal. I don’t know how they could. 

Please take a moment to remember those lives lost, and the families they left behind.
