Well for Shadow I do not really have an explanation about him being in the Freedom Fighters but Rouge is doing it for the money (she gets paid). Nevermind that though, this is a total different story.
Further questions like:"why is Shadow with the Freedom Fighters?" will be answeard later in the comic.

Rouge and Shadow were never in the Freedom Fighters in any of the comics though.

i like the glow peronaly. makes him look like the blood is rushing to his head

This is really good, except for the glowing face, it looks wierd. If your going to make something glow round the facial area, do the eyes.
Otherwise, super duper!
