Yes this is the vampire from the halloween special I never got around to finishing… And look closely at the body there, it'll help with a storyline for later in the story. This will make sense soon, I promise!

Also, in the last two panels, he's wiping the blood from his face to look good infront of the priestest, yes it's spelled like that, whom is a great power in this area of Transylvainia.
