The crystal cyclopes are a race of beings that live caves in a mountain range far to the north of lands settled by men. Their bodies are composed of living crystal, of an indeterminate nature, and they have an innate mastery of light magic, which the use as a substitute for anything involving hands, for they have none.
they are seldom hunted by greedy humans, as upon their death their bodies crumble into chunks of milky, quarts-like crystal, rewarding the would-be hunter with nothing but the wrath of an angry tribe of cyclopes.
