Everyone had their color schemes when I plotted this years ago; the woman in the last panel is pink and purple, Carole is yellow and red, the guy is black and white, and the daruma is red and gold.

Even after he left, there were a million things reminiscent of him. All the greens and browns and blues, all the things that come in twos. She hardly knew what she was wishing; it was just the inexpressible feeling of being trapped. She almost believed that as she thought about it, she was exhaling the feeling with every breath.
