Well, Stefan has gone out of control, and is about to stab the one that called him a failure- in his aggravated growth state. So, Queen Karen, his mother, decides it's time to teach her son a lesson, and gives him a good zapping! After all, it would REALLY be bad for Stefan if William found out about a killing… and Stefan can't stay big forever. William can.
