Sai —– This is only half the members of the glam rock band in the Dead Strangers universe.. And this band is called Orange Kazoo :3
Guy on the left is Noll Richards, originally born in Erdine, Turkey, to some abusive parents, then he was taken away and put into an orphanage where some lovely folks from England adopted him and whatnot. He doesn't remember the abuse because he was a wee baby. A babysitter or someone realized something was awry and reported it. Noll grew up fine and dandy in Chester, England. Noll is a fairly small man, standing at a mere 5ft and 3inches (1.60m), and thus usually prances about in platform boots. prance prance. I think he's a Pomeranian?
The other guy, with the fluffy hair, adorable gap, and wings and horn is Censure Riot, or just Riot. Censure Riot is an anagram for intercourse, and that was going to be the band name but they thought it too.. not glam. Riot, whose real name is Papagny Benäänz, is from outer space, from a pleasant and fuschia coloured planet called Owedon. Riot's skin is naturally powder blue in colour, his hair is charteuse, and eyes are white. His horn is a deep violet colour, until he gets excited (in any way), then it glows. His horn can do something, but he doesn't reveal it to anyone. History of him, then. He was born in Soskää, Dokuan (similar to Scandinavian countries on Earth). He was selected at birth to be a warrior (space viking!) but growing up he really disliked the idea of war so decided to commit a crime and flee his country. Riot was chased around for a few months so he stole a spacecraft and just went to whatever planet had civilization. He's also quite tall, roughly 6ft and 8in (2.032m), which for him is only slightly above the average hight of a Dokuanian.
