Decepticomics

Fluffy Snot Monster onI meant to have this ready yesterday, as an end to 2008, but I think it works equally well as a beginning to 2009.
When I first started Decepticomics, I thought of it as 'Toy Story X with Transformers', a basic gag-a-day strip with no real plot besides what the official fiction has established.
Somewhere along the line, this changed. I think it was around the time I was plotting out the 'Leadership' two-parter. Hound's appearance at the end was to show that the Autobots did indeed exist. However, it had far more potential to set up a plot-he's spying on them, indicating that the Autobots view them as a credible threat, especially with Megatron now leading them.
'Starscream takes over Christmas' furthered the plot started in 'Leadership', with Starscream revealing his thirst for leadership. I also think that the truce at the end has consequences-after all, if the Autobots trust Starscream enough to make a truce, how will Starscream react to this? Will he side with them to get his job back?
And now this. I don't intend this Megatron to be exactly the same one from Beast Wars (instead he's an alternate-universe version), since that would screw things up a lot with what I intend to do with him.
Who is the Autobot prisoner? And what is Megatron's new body going to look like?*
* Hint: not a traditional Megatron toy.
