Here is the second in the series of 5 for the powers of Vela, the rules are on Ice Queen concept

Vela is consumed by her hunger. She loses most of her emotions and becomes a sentient devourer of all living things. Her entire body is deformed and demonised by the process after her first transformation. She can no longer be seen in public and must traverse the worlds in the dark, unseen by mortals.

Her body is comprised mostly of energy bound to a rigid frame of bone twisted by her madness and hunger. A hole form in her chest as she grows hungrier, she also grows stronger and loses more of her sanity. When fully satiated, she appears almost human, her limbs normal proportioned although slightly clawed and her face gaunt but human.

She is eaten away by lonelyness. should she get close to a sentient being she has a good chance of eating them even if she loves them. Sadness runs rampant in her life as she slowly loses her mind to the hunger.

Can she survive? Can she keep her mind while the hunger burns in her, or will she to be devoured by her own madness.
