About the story/setting rant:

I am going for a through-the-eyes-of-a-lesser-demon story. Demons are incredibly popular in webcomics and stories in general. The demons always seem to be the pale goth person with wings type taking on angels. I thought I would be amusing to try something different.

Other then the title I don't even have the word "demon" to call these creatures. (Monster Eater was an alternative title. Demon seemed more fitting become of the cruel nature of the world.) As far as I know, the place doesn't have the souls of evil humans suffering nor the big guy in red(or perhaps our main character is so insignificant it would not ever be aware of this.) I've seen Yu Yu Hakusho. I guess the "Demon world" of that place is a better description of the setting of Demon Eater compared to Hell.
