Evil Emperor Nick: "Has Saturno even seen Alpha in the last year?"

I'm sure Saturno has seen her around but rarely like once a week or sometimes she is gone for months at a time.. Alpha is a "Laissez Faire" type leader. A few instructions but otherwise she is very hands off. Nike makes up for Alpha's lack of leadership by enforcing the rules in her place.

Breaktroll: "Did Saturno already forget about the first time they met?"
Saturno and Vinchi…
Saturno shows respect to others in a weird way. If the other creature is stronger than him/her and shows it (like beating him/her up or killing an enemy right in front of him/her), Saturno respects the other creature more such as Vinchi, Nike and Alpha. Venus has not shown Saturno her strength (until this chapter) so Saturno doesn't respect her as much.

Kikaru: "Would Alpha want to expose herself to the potentially harmful hormones by eating him?
If the experiment on him fails, maybe she'll just toss him to the mindless raging demon mass outside."

Perhaps the hormones could be a lie too? Alpha was in charge of the experiment, so she would know if it would harm her too or not. From the looks of it the whatever-it-could-be is just stored away in Saturno's belly..doesn't look like it's harming Saturno per say…
