This guy made a bit of an impact in 1 issue and hasn't been seen since. He never even made it back in issue 3 when Project Warrioress and Upgrade One were fighting Codo Grand.

Who ever this kid is, he was able to knock Fenny for a loop and has some kind of ties to the Australian government.

Needless to say, he probably hasn't been seen for the last time.
