The Golden Sun! Y'know Arthur "Tag" Taggert, from A Hero's Story. The guy who the later Rioteer design was largely based off of. That's him without his paint mask, though he's adopted another one. He was gifted by an alien peace-keeping force with a badge that can basically do whatever he wants, within the limits of the Golden Sun's laws. He also is a notorious ladies man and joker. Kinda like a bigger, yellower version of Comet Kid. His prime transport is a space board, because he and Hero are totally Xtreme, to the max.
See-No-Evil is Ivan Sites. He was a young scientist reasearching a cure for blindness when he discovered a way to see on the whole spectrum of vision. So he sees with X-Ray, Penetra, Night, Infra Red and a whole lot of other visions, seemingly at once. He also has laser eyes, but that's completely unrelated to his research experiment.
